I Need Substance!
Nights!!!! Why do I want to eat so much at night?!! I’m going to start going to bed at 6:30 right after work so I can lose weight! I want sweet stuff, crunchy stuff, anything on a bone!!! (I’m a carnivore) if it’s chocolate ... it doesn’t stand a chance at making until morning! I need to drop 40 and I can’t even go 40 minutes without looking in the fridge! I gave up ice cream 2 months ago and still sitting at the same weight. So...... I blog to get my mind off of snacking and what did I write?? Shit about eating!!! 🤦🏼♀️
