For a while now, I’ve been carrying around a pretty big “secret”… and if you know me, you know that alone deserves a round of applause. 😊
After many years, countless little footsteps, big milestones, and more snack times than I could ever count, I have officially sold my daycare.
Because of the process, I wasn’t able to share this journey as it was unfolding—but please know it was never about keeping distance. It was about honoring the commitment to see it through the right way.
This chapter has been one of the most meaningful of my life. To the families who trusted me with your children, to the staff who gave their hearts every day, and to the little ones who made every day unpredictable and unforgettable—thank you. You shaped this place just as much as I did.
Walking away is bittersweet. I’m proud, grateful, a little emotional… and yes, wondering what I’ll do without hearing “watch this!” at least 47 times a day.
